We hope to bring you some new things this year as we have made it our new-years resolution to bring a new stats system to the community as well as furthering out efforts to come up with new ideas to share with the community.

Hey whats up guys, I am starting a show called TheAMVoice. its a live stream where me and three other hosts will be talking about various topics on the mlg community and speaking for the amatur players of reach. For the most part it will be informatable, but we will also being having fun and trying to get players the ablility to show who they are and get there name out and let there voicee heard.

Chaos for the Internet
Thousands of sites that are legal under the DMCA would face new legal threats. People trying to keep the internet more secure wouldn't be able to rely on the integrity of the DNS system.

The long awaited remake of Halo 1 is coming out next week. The game that started it all Halo 1 is back with updated graphics and a campaign that has some bonus features (without taking away from the real feel of Halo 1). If your an 18 year old reading this post you were a massive 8 years old when Halo 1 came out. For those of you who never played Halo 1 you should go grab and Xbox 1 and Halo 1 and play it !! Do it now we will wait..... Halo CEA well be 343's hat tip to halo and will hopefully show that 343 is ready to take on the task of creating Halo 4.

Now Halo CEA might not have the multiplayer experience that everyone was really hoping for (I know this is a huge downer) but at the same time I am very happy to see the effort put forth to bring Halo 1 back into the picture. The Halo 1 Campaign is arguably one of the best out there and I will be more than glad to play through that again with a friend over CO-OP on Xbox Live. (Assault on Control room should bring back many old memories).

Anyway this short from 343 will show whats to come and for some of you older people could bring a tear or some goosebumps.

343i has been hard at work on an update for Halo: Reach both to bring new experiences to fans as well as address longstanding feedback from the community. The most noticeable change in the works? The return of the wicked, deadly and wildly fun “Halo: Combat Evolved” Magnum pistol to “Halo: Anniversary” and “Halo: Reach” multiplayer gameplay. An addition that will be supported in special, classic playlists, the original Magnum pistol is sure to rekindle some of the madness and carnage players reveled in a decade ago.

In addition, the update, which is targeted for release in October, will introduce several multiplayer fixes for “Halo: Reach” fans have been clamoring for. Armor Lock now absorbs a level of damage based on the amount of remaining energy a player has, diminishing its effectiveness. Active Camo’s duration has been reduced and the ability to block sword attacks using any weapon other than another sword has been disabled. And for fans of precision firing, reticle “bloom” is now configurable, delivering increased accuracy when firing in rapid succession.

This update will also enable “Halo: Reach” players using an Xbox 360 4GB console without a HDD to utilize Campaign and Firefight matchmaking which previously required a HDD.

Myself and the Rest of HT are very pleased to hear what 343 has done to Reach with Halo 1A. It has finally given us a reason to get active again and to get back into halo. Now please enjoy the video below.
