			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>There is only 7 days left until Halo: Reach finally hits the console. So, it appears to be a good time for a recap of the last 30 days so you can feel comfortable in your new environment.<br />
<br />
First off, just to be clear with everyone. Reach is only 7 days away at this point so you should be planning on what your first thing to do will be. Maybe forge or campaign. If your having trouble deciding, how about picking up your game a bit early and joining the community at midnight <a href="http://halotech.org/showthread.php?284-Halo-Reach-Release-09-14-2010" target="_blank">RSVP</a><br />
<br />
Also if you happened to have picked up your game a little earlier than you should have, Bungie has assured us that you won't be keeping what else you picked up early in the game. They, in short, will be resetting your Reach account before launch.<br />
<br />
If you were wondering what this extra content you will be getting in your Legendary Edition is then you'll probably be happy to know it's pretty unique. Besides what you may or may not already know, the Legendary Edition of Halo Reach will come with a two hour commentary on the Halo Reach game with an edited version of the campaign. Don't over think that though, it's not a different campaign but the campaign as if you were watching a movie... sort of. It's still a little confusing but promising nonetheless.<br />
<br />
What else was released was the ViDoc &quot;A Spartan Will Rise&quot; and a couple new Live-Action Reach trailers. Nothing can be said as to whether those are from a bigger live-action production or just for the promotional means of Reach. Maybe we can find out soon, when the Remember Reach monument is finished early this week.<br />

If you like forge then you'll be happy to know I included 30 in-game forge pictures. They include all the color filters and a ton of forge objects. If you don't want to see them then simply don't look. ( They will be included at the end of the article after the FAQ. They're not too major though )<br />

Another new feature in Halo Reach, is there will now be player nameplates that show your dedication to the Halo franchise. They display tags that will tell your party what you've done/played in Halo history. This includes:<br />

<br />
A. According to Domenic, Halo: Reach is “world signed,” meaning you can play any regional copy in any region on any retail Xbox 360.<br />
<br />
Q. Not including Firefight maps, are there more or less multiplayer maps compared to pre-DLC Halo 3? (Forge World only counts as one map.)<br />
<br />
A. There are eight multiplayer maps on the disc and five Forge World map variants: Asylum, Hemorrhage, Paradiso, Pinnacle, and The Cage. (The latter most certainly do count, our designers put a lot of time and effort into them and they play like a dream. One of those dreams where you stumble onto a pile of money, only in this dream you get to wake up and keep the cash.)<br />
<br />
Q. How does unlocking armor from Waypoint work?<br />
<br />
A. You download and launch Waypoint, it runs a background check on your gamertag for the necessary career requirements, and then it unlocks the armor you qualify for automatically. It’s like magic, and as Luke mentioned in an earlier update (bless his heart), the additional (but still awesome) armor pieces will only be displayed in your Armory if you’ve already earned and unlocked them.<br />
<br />
Q. Can we specify hill shapes besides cylinders and boxes, like maybe ellipses or triangles?<br />
<br />
A. The options are Cylinder, Box, and None. You can control the radius and both the upper and lower limits of the hill, but triangles, parallelograms, and various other complex geometrical shapes are unfortunately completely impossible to create. Which means, sadly, that none of us will ever be able to experience King of the Dodecahedron.<br />
<br />
Q. Can we customize campaign options, similar to Firefight?<br />
<br />
A. You can modify the experience through scoring, difficulty settings, and the thirteen immediately available skulls (don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of other *things* to hunt for in each game mode). And of course, your opponents will now scale in difficulty depending on the number of players in your game.<br />
<br />
But nope, no infinite ammo or unlimited armor abilities in Campaign.<br />
<br />
Q. What might the exclusive Digital Content for Legendary owners be?<br />
<br />
A. It might be developer commentary. It might also be Gwildor’s Cosmic Key. Only time will tell!<br />
<br />
Q. Theater 2.0!<br />
<br />
A. The theater experience remains largely unaltered from its already robust predecessor, but we did implement a few choice tweaks and bug fixes. Most notably, you can now rewind Campaign and Firefight Films, just like you can in multiplayer, and all modes will now support Film Clips.<br />
<br />
Q. Armor effects and achievement point values.<br />
<br />
A. There are a number of Armor Effects in the game that you can unlock if you’re willing to part ways with a whole mess of credits. The most expensive effect is 2,000,000 credits.<br />

Q. Will the Fuel Rod Gun ever make an appearance in matchmaking?<br />
<br />
A. You can add the Fuel Rod Gun to Custom Maps, but no, it’s unlikely that you’ll ever see the FRG in Matchmaking. According to hater of fun and hot dog eating champion, Dave Gasca, slow moving projectiles can play havoc with multiplayer networking in a disturbingly wide variety of ways, making the experience less than fun for everybody involved. Even though it would likely be fine 95% of the time, the 5% of the time that it acted a fool would result in you peppering us with insults on the Internet. We’re just acting proactively to avoid your stinging verbal barbs.<br />
<br />
Since Campaign and Firefight run on a different networking model altogether, the Fuel Rod Gun is all systems go for both of those modes.<br />
<br />
Q. Have they fixed saving films in the post game lobby, ala one single button click in the Halo 3 Beta?<br />
<br />
A. The Halo 3 Beta single click was an elegant solution and its ultimate omission is still a sore subject for some of the team. Thanks for opening up the wound, Professor. The reality is that once you start adding in the layers of complexity from multiple modes, lobbies, and player configurations (i.e. splitscreen), the UI and engineering work involved in making single button press a permanent fixture across the board became too unwieldy.<br />
<br />
The good news is that while you still don’t have a single button press post game, you can pull up your File Browser by pressing Start in any lobby, allowing you to save and upload your most recent games from the menu without having to drop out of the party.<br />
<br />
Q: Are there Engineers in Halo: Reach?<br />
<br />
A: Yes. But don’t worry, we’re not going to make you feel like a monster for taking them down this time out and they’re somewhat less of a pain in the ass, all things considered. Even if you don’t have a plasma spewing weapon in hand, you’ll still be able to pop them down from their lofty perches when you notice that your enemies are being overshielded by an engineer floating overhead.<br />
<br />
Q: That Skirmisher sure had some ups. Are you sure that’s not a glitch?<br />
<br />
A: Nope, that’s not a glitch and yes, Skirmishers are off the charts agile. While they can cover ground with breakneck speed, they can also clamber up to your high ground position in a single, spring-loaded bound. They are also, as you can see, insanely fun to shoot. Easily my favorite new enemy in the Firefight experience.<br />
<br />
Q: What’s up with Active Camo? Once you started moving, you were completely visible!<br />
<br />
A: Active Camo was actually left relatively unchanged from the version you played with in the Beta. Sandbox Designer Josh Hamrick tells me that the difference you’re picking up on is owed to some tweaks that were made to the first person visual effects intended to make it much more clear when you’re fully cloaked and when you’re totally exposed. Your opponents are seeing a very different picture.<br />
<br />
Josh also informs me that against AI, you need to use Active Camo “for realz,” and that AI, much like their reaction to Hologram, will not fall prey to your trickery if they're on hand to witness you fade away. They’re smart enough to know that you’ve likely not spontaneously combusted. They’ll just keep shooting. Deploy it when it makes the most sense.<br />
<br />
In the video in question, I really wasn’t attempting to show off expert use of Active Camo anyway. I just wanted to get my hands on the Grenade Launcher. Camo came with the Load Out, free of charge.</code><hr />

And i thought about infected invasion :D it would be like normal invasion but attackers are zombies and if a survivor dies he becomes a zombie like in infection, and zombies dont capture anything, but instead they should destroy something or just kill the survivors. and the bonus for doing stuff for zombies is new loadouts and new weapons for survivors. would that be cool or what?</div>

3.)He chases me and I start a Close Combat sniper battle with his teammate infront of me.<br />
4.)They both try to snipe me.<br />
5.)His teammate accidentally misses and hits him behind me.<br />
5.)I charge up to the guy in front and melee him.<br />
6.)I go for a double melee.<br />
7.)The guy behind me who's shields are drained from his friends bullet, comes up and trys to shoot point blank.<br />
8.)He misses, shoots his friend in the head who I melee'd, and my second melee kills him instead. <br />
<br />
Just a note, I didn't know there was a guy behind me until they were both dead and rewinded.</div>
